A product in new condition and in the original packaging will be accepted for refund or exchange within 10 days of sale. We will supply you with an RMA# that must go on the box you are returning and the correct address of the warehouse it is to be shipped to. Shipping - We ask that you return the merchandise in new and unused condition in the original packing material and carton to protect the contents, within 10 days of the sale date for a prompt exchange or refund of the purchase price less shipping costs and up to 15% restocking fees.
